Service & Support

Below are the levels of service and support we offer for special education data reporting.

All service and support contracts are based on the school year calendar of 7/1 - 6/30.

Tier One for the 12 month period of July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
12 hours of support services per month.
Support services will be provided through email, telephone and on-site (when required).
Services include assisting with ad hoc reports (Stonefield), producing state data reports (DOE-SE, DOE-EV, and DOE-TR), programming special requests and necessary updates mandated by state requirements.
Provide resources for coordination with local school corporations’ technical staff to ensure accurate data submissions.
One fall and one spring site visit and monthly newsletter.
Other support as requested
Support requests from clients with Tier One support take precedence over other requests.

Tier Two for the 12 month period of July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
12 hours of support services.

One on-site visit upon request and monthly newsletter.

Tier Three - CLSI Application Service for the 12 month period of July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
